An acoustical consulting company is never very huge - leaning primarily on a highly experienced engineer, accompanied by several junior engineers, technical assistants and administrative staff.
A.M.S. (Acoustical Measurements Services) is a LLC whose principal consultant is Stephen Mathey. Mr. Mathey is from France where he obtained his education, credentials, and experience.

MBA from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Chambéry 1977.
Schooling and training in Japan on the FREND system in ultrasound acoustic software and sensor, corrosion detecting for refineries 1990.
Expert in Law Degree, University of Avignon Law School (2006).

Civil Engineer in Acoustics and member of the CICF (French Chamber of Engineers and Consultants).

Owner and principal engineer for Mathey Acoustic Services, Saint-Paul les Font (France), a company performing noise measurements, impact studies and corrective measures (January 2000 to present).
Instructor for state agents and employees in Acoustics.
Appellate Court Expert Judicial Adviser and Arbiter in litigation matters concerning acoustics.
